Their relationships with small scale cashew farmers goes back to the 1970’s through their grandfather’s tailoring shop in Dar Es Salaam which became as well known for the cashew nuts he offered his customers as for the outfits he sold.

Over the years, they have built up a close relationship with their farming network and full visibility of the supply chain, means Cajuu are able to trace each cashew nut batch not only back to the farm but also the farmers who grow, harvest and process them.
